Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Take ownership of delivering end-to-end digital and IT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations.
- Combine agile leadership with strong delivery governance, guiding teams through the full lifecycle while managing risks, budgets, and dependencies.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide clear reporting, and ensure delivery aligns with both client needs and commercial objectives.
- Act as a servant leader to agile teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment where continuous improvement is embedded.
- Coach teams, enhance ways of working, and contribute to successful project outcomes and long-term client value.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivery management or Scrum Master roles, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and a track record of delivering complex digital or IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience delivering complex IT or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and governance.
- Ability to balance servant leadership with delivery accountability.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira (desirable).
- Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM) (desirable).
