Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Support service transformation and improvement initiatives across a range of client projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and service specialists to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and contribute to the delivery of effective and efficient services.
- Gain exposure to Service Management, SIAM, ITILv4, continual service improvement, and enterprise service management tooling while building confidence in stakeholder engagement and consulting delivery.
- Support service management and transformation projects.
- Contribute to service improvement and user experience initiatives.
- Analyse service data and operational insights.
- Support continual service improvement activities.
- Develop knowledge of SIAM, ITILv4, and enterprise tooling.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- A minimum 2:2 degree in computer science, engineering, physics, maths, or a related STEM field (some roles may require a 2:1).
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Confident and professional approach with clients and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel and work on projects across the UK.
- Eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with many roles requiring higher National Security Vetting (typically 5–10 years of continuous UK residency).
