Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of end-to-end solution strategies across complex programmes and client engagements.
- Work closely with business, operational, delivery, and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organisational objectives, customer outcomes, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, guiding architectural decision-making, managing solution risks, and ensuring technology investments support both strategic and operational priorities.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary architecture teams to define solution roadmaps, governance approaches, and implementation strategies across business and technology domains.
- Contribute to bids, programmes, and transformation initiatives by providing technical leadership, shaping solution direction, and ensuring alignment between business needs, delivery capability, compliance standards, and commercial objectives.
- Support collaborative ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement across architecture and delivery practices.

- Lead & Define end-to-end solution strategies across programmes, bids, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate & Align business, delivery, operational, and technical stakeholders around solution outcomes.
- Design & Model solution architectures, interfaces, and business capability landscapes.
- Guide & Influence architectural decisions across enterprise and project-specific solutions.
- Identify & Mitigate commercial, operational, and technical risks within complex programmes.
- Establish & Govern architecture review processes, technical assurance, and compliance strategies.
- Support & Deliver business cases, cost estimates, and delivery planning activities.
- Engage & Communicate effectively with clients, senior stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams.
- Promote & Align technology strategy with customer goals, business outcomes, and operational requirements.
- Lead & Support architecture teams through collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience leading solution architecture or enterprise-level transformation initiatives within complex business and technology environments. You’ll bring a broad understanding of architecture practices, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery planning, alongside the ability to balance business objectives, operational considerations, technical strategy, and commercial risk.
