Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This role is based on a Secure Site.
Your future duties and responsibilities in this role, you will develop and enhance backend services that underpin critical applications used within national security environments. Working within Agile delivery teams, you will collaborate closely with software, platform, and infrastructure specialists to build reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions. You'll take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from design and implementation through to deployment and operational support. You will also contribute to modern engineering practices by improving automation, deployment pipelines, testing approaches, and infrastructure capabilities. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality software while enabling teams to deploy and operate services efficiently within complex, mission-critical environments.
