This is a hybrid position for 12 months on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC)


Your future duties and responsibilities


In this role, you'll help develop and deliver CGI's health and wellbeing programmes, supporting our people across the UK and Australia. Working alongside HR teams, business leaders and global wellbeing experts, you'll have the freedom to introduce innovative ideas, influence positive change and enhance our workplace culture.

You'll take ownership of key initiatives while benefiting from a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

β€’ Shape & Deliver: Develop and improve workplace health and wellbeing programmes aligned with business needs.
β€’ Champion Wellbeing: Promote mental health, psychological safety and employee support initiatives.
β€’ Support & Empower: Guide CGI Partners and leaders through workplace adjustments and wellbeing solutions.
β€’ Engage & Educate: Deliver wellbeing campaigns, workshops, training and engaging communications.
β€’ Collaborate & Influence: Partner with HR teams, business leaders and external providers to drive positive outcomes.
β€’ Analyse & Improve: Use wellbeing data, feedback and emerging trends to measure impact and enhance programmes.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role


You'll be a proactive, empathetic wellbeing professional with experience delivering workplace health initiatives and building strong stakeholder relationships. You'll combine practical expertise with creativity, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to helping people thrive.

β€’ Experience in corporate health and wellbeing.
β€’ Relevant degree or professional certification in health, wellbeing, occupational health or a related field.
β€’ Strong knowledge of workplace mental health, psychological safety and wellbeing best practices.
β€’ Experience delivering wellbeing programmes, workshops and employee engagement initiatives.
β€’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
β€’ Ability to interpret wellbeing data, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
β€’ Confidence collaborating across global teams and willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.

Additional qualifications in occupational health, ergonomics or related disciplines would be advantageous.
