Senior Delivery Manager (High Level Security Clearance)

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. This role is hybrid, based at our Reading site.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We seek an experienced Programme Manager to serve as Delivery Lead for a major bid. The role requires DV clearance, with time allocated for the right candidate to obtain it.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large-scale service and delivery programmes and leading large bids. The bid will be based near CGI\’s Reading office, with some time on the client site.

Experience with programmes including Applications Integration, Security, Testing Services, and potential expansion into Infrastructure Services is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery management for the bid.
• Manage workstreams led by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Own the Service Solution and Delivery Solution.

Required qualifications:

• Strong background in Defence and Enterprise Business Systems.
• Proven expertise in Project & Service Delivery.
• Extensive experience in large bid management.
• Contract and commercial management skills.
• Excellent client and supplier relationship skills.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing large infrastructure services programmes.
• Knowledge of applications integration services.
• Understanding of desktop and hosting infrastructure services.
• Experience managing Agile delivery programmes.
