Position Description:
Our Senior Data Engineers work closely with clients on impactful projects. Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead installation, configuration, and migration of Tibco components in enterprise environments.
- Design and build scalable ETL and data integration solutions using Tibco and Python.
- Collaborate with data architects, DevOps, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Implement data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and GCP services.
- Optimize Spark transformations and legacy data migrations for real-time and batch processing.
- Define and automate data quality, error handling, and validation workflows.
- Promote best practices in infrastructure-as-code, data observability, and performance tuning.
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience with Tibco tools, including installation, configuration, and data migration.
- Strong Python skills in data engineering and scripting.
- Experience in ETL development, pipeline automation, and large dataset processing.
- Proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and GCP services.
- Experience managing structured and semi-structured data formats.
- Knowledge of Spark-based transformations using Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Understanding of data quality frameworks and data integrity techniques.
- Experience integrating Tibco into data architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have: Experience with Terraform, cloud DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
