Project Planner / PMO Position Description Join CGI as a Project Planner and play a pivotal role in shaping the successful delivery of a high-profile programme in Aberdeen. You'll take ownership of developing a robust, credible programme schedule that gives senior stakeholders the insight and confidence to make critical delivery decisions. Using your expertise in Microsoft Project, you'll challenge assumptions, validate the critical path and explore schedule and resource scenarios to strengthen programme commitments. This role is based in Aberdeen and requires a minimum of three days per week on site. Your future duties and responsibilities In this highly visible role, you will take ownership of developing, consolidating and maintaining an integrated programme-level schedule using Microsoft Project. Your immediate focus will be establishing and validating a credible baseline that supports programme decision-making and senior management commitments. You'll analyse schedule logic, dependencies, milestones and assumptions, using critical-path analysis and scenario testing to identify potential risks before they affect delivery. Working closely with the Programme Manager, project managers, workstream leads and wider stakeholders, you'll bring structure and insight to significant volumes of planning information. You'll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, explore alternative scenarios and recommend practical solutions, with support from colleagues across the programme to turn complex schedule data into clear, actionable delivery insight. •Develop
