As a User Researcher, you’ll contribute to projects that transform how people interact with essential services, using insight-driven thinking to ensure solutions are accessible, intuitive, and grounded in real user needs. Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to either hold, or be eligible and willing to undergo UK Security Clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of user research activities that shape accessible, inclusive digital services.
  • Gather, analyse and present insights that guide decision-making and improve user experiences.
  • Build confidence through practical project work, contribute to agile delivery and collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure services reflect real user needs.
  • Take greater ownership over time, experiment with research methods and grow your expertise with the support of experienced practitioners.
  • Help teams make informed choices and deliver meaningful outcomes for end users.
