As a Solution Architect, you will shape a scalable event gateway platform that underpins critical services, driving measurable outcomes for our clients and influencing long-term technology strategy. From defining robust architectures to guiding delivery teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, future-ready solutions.
Working collaboratively with clients and colleagues, you will have the autonomy to take ownership, the freedom to innovate, and the support of a trusted global organisation committed to delivering excellence and lasting impact.
Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through higher level clearance, this role is predominately going to be working on a secure site.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end architecture for a scalable event gateway platform, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with business objectives and long-term strategy.
- Provide architectural leadership and technical assurance across delivery teams, shaping standards, guiding best practice, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Translate evolving business needs into clear, actionable designs, leading workshops and technical discussions that influence strategic direction.
- Champion event-driven and integration patterns, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance, while fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement thrive.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role:
- Strong experience in solution architecture within complex, enterprise environments, particularly across event-driven and integration platforms.
- Extensive experience designing enterprise-level solution architectures.
- Strong proficiency in event-driven architecture, messaging, and API integration patterns.
- Proven ability to lead technical design authority and provide architectural assurance.
- Experience addressing non-functional requirements including security, resilience, and observability.
- Demonstrated success engaging with senior stakeholders and leading technical workshops.
- Eligibility for, or possession of, UK Security Clearance.
