As a Project Manager within our growing portfolio, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact programmes that support life-saving services.
Position is hybrid: you will work a minimum of 3 days a week in CGI office and client office in London or Bristol. Due to the secure nature of the programme, you must hold or be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver project workstreams, ensuring successful outcomes aligned to time, cost, and quality.
- Support and deputise for senior project leaders across key programme activities.
- Govern and report on project performance, enabling informed decision-making.
- Manage and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions proactively.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners at all levels.
- Apply and adapt delivery methodologies to suit project and programme needs.
- Improve and share best practices, driving continuous improvement across delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing governance, risks, issues, and project controls.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work proactively and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A recognised project management qualification (or working toward one) is desirable.
