CGI are looking for a PMO Officer to support an existing team to work across a large, well-established programme. This role will include various opportunities for development through on-the-job training and external courses, allowing for expansion into additional projects and teams. This role will be a hybrid position, based across our Leatherhead and London offices. Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining of Client Deliverables & Repositories
- Supporting Project Planning & Forecasting
- Project Onboarding & Offboarding
- Financial Reporting (DSWeb, DS3, HCR) & Invoicing
- Procurement, Supplier Setup, Sub-Contractors & Audits
- Project Codes (Setup, Assignments, Maintenance)
