Responsibilities
- Device Provisioning & Configuration: Setup, configure, and deploy end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) according to standards. Ensure proper imaging, software installation, and enrollment in device management systems (e.g., SCCM, Intune). Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide onsite support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly. Diagnose and resolve issues related to EUC devices and peripherals. Monitor incident tickets and respond effectively, including major incidents.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement: Drive automation and scripting to improve provisioning workflows. Contribute to service delivery improvements and user experience enhancements.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work with the EUC Manager and team to improve processes. Maintain accurate records of configurations, support tickets, and inventory. Communicate effectively with end-users to understand needs and support them.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Configuration Manager 2012 or later (SCCM).
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with Windows 10 OS.
- Familiarity with JAMF/Apple device management, especially macOS.
- Basic understanding of application packaging and deployment.
- Skills in Intune administration and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Understanding of Virtual Desktop environments.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell) or automation tools.
Experience
- Minimum of [X years] in End User Computing or technical support with device provisioning experience.
