Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth across CGI's Aviation and Airlines portfolio by identifying, shaping and progressing high-value opportunities from initial engagement through to successful deal closure.
- Work closely with account teams, consultants, delivery leaders and technical specialists to develop differentiated propositions that address client challenges and create measurable business value.
- Take ownership of strategic pursuits, bringing together expertise from across CGI to create compelling propositions, executive presentations and go-to-market strategies.
- Challenge assumptions, strengthen commercial positioning and ensure every opportunity is supported by a clear value proposition that differentiates CGI in a competitive market.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Strong blend of business development, consultative selling and proposition development experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in complex B2B environments, influencing senior stakeholders and translating technical and commercial expertise into compelling client-focused solutions.
- Proven experience contributing to sales growth, pipeline development and revenue generation in a complex B2B environment.
- Experience developing and taking propositions to market through account-based selling or strategic campaigns.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with expertise in executive storytelling and presentation design.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality proposals, executive summaries, points of view and client-facing sales collateral.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate client value, business outcomes and differentiation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesise large volumes of information into clear recommendations.
