Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This position is predominantly based on a secure site.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and champion Agile delivery within a mission-critical environment, enabling your team to deliver high-quality solutions that create tangible impact for our client.
- Take ownership of facilitating Scrum ceremonies, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring transparency across programme leadership.
- Work collaboratively with the Product Owner and wider stakeholders to remove impediments, manage risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Coach and empower the team to embed Agile best practices, encouraging innovation, focus, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Maintain clear reporting and effective communication to ensure alignment to Sprint and Programme Increment objectives while driving sustainable, high-performing delivery.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience leading Agile IT development projects within secure or complex environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience leading Agile IT development projects.
- Strong experience with Agile project management tools.
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, remove blockers, and drive delivery outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems innovatively.
