Position Description
Be part of something interesting and rewarding and join us as Operations Support, supporting our Facilities team in our Leeds office.

Due to the secure nature of the role you must be a single UK national and be prepared to undergo, National Security Vetting (NSV) enhanced Security Check (SC) level.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Welcome and Check In all visitors and contractors who present themselves to reception.
- Maintain and organise the reception inbox and personal Inbox.
- Log, maintain and organise the Lost Property received on site.
- Organise Conference Room bookings for the site.
- Ensure the reception is always kept clean and tidy.
- Escort all contractors and visitors when scheduled.
- Complete weekly fire alarm test.
- Carry out patrols of site throughout shift.
- Proactively check for and report building faults
- Ensure all Vending Consumables filled / stocked
- Support with management and maintenance of the locations office refreshment stock
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Experience in FM within a professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Soft and Hard service facilities contractor management
- Good administrative background
