Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of complex data transformation programmes for enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and senior engagement lead throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, programme teams, and technical specialists to define delivery roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Combine strong delivery leadership with deep data expertise to help clients modernise their data capabilities, establish effective governance frameworks, and maximise the value of their data investments.
- Provide direction and oversight across multidisciplinary teams spanning architecture, engineering, governance, analytics, and platform disciplines.
- Shape innovative solutions, influence strategic decisions, mentor colleagues, and drive high-impact outcomes for both clients and delivery teams.
