Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position but you will be expected on client site/CGI Offices 1-2 days a week on average.

- Help organisations understand how work is done today and how it can be improved tomorrow.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and facilitate collaborative workshops.
- Translate business needs into pragmatic, value-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Take ownership of defined workstreams or small engagements, balancing quality, risk, and delivery while contributing to wider transformation initiatives.
- Supported by experienced colleagues and proven methods, innovate, share knowledge, and help grow capability across the practice.
