Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Work directly with senior leadership to influence how CGI shows up in the aviation market and how we shape meaningful, high‑value client opportunities.
- Support client engagements, contribute to workshops, and help build persuasive narratives that drive sector growth.
- Take ownership of sales materials, pursuits, and strategic insights that strengthen CGI’s position and elevate engagement with airline and aviation leaders.
- Collaborate closely with sales, strategy and delivery teams, applying creative thinking and structured analysis to shape propositions, build reusable assets, and accelerate major pursuits across the sector.
- Contribute to client meetings, capture insights and develop clear next steps.
- Co‑create workshops and structured sessions that unlock client challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare briefing packs, talk tracks and sector‑relevant storylines for senior stakeholders.
- Draft and coordinate RFI/RFP responses that are strategic, compliant and persuasive.
- Build executive‑level sales collateral and tools that enhance pursuit impact.
- Assess client contexts, market trends and competitors to strengthen deal positioning.
- Maintain a reusable asset library to improve pursuit velocity across the sector.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- A blend of analytical strength, commercial awareness, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills, ideally gained in a consulting or similarly client‑focused environment.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, shaping compelling narratives and working at pace in sales and pursuit cycles.
- Experience in management consulting or a similar analytical, client‑facing role.
- Strong PowerPoint storytelling and executive‑level presentation design.
- Excellent written communication with a concise, persuasive style.
- Experience supporting client workshops and structured sessions.
- Ability to convert insights into frameworks and recommendations.
- Strong research, synthesis and commercial reasoning.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of technology concepts and their business value, ideally within aviation.
