As a Senior Bid Writer, you will influence major opportunities for our Public Sector business unit, turning complex information into powerful narratives that drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll collaborate with expert teams, contribute to innovative bid strategies, and take ownership of high-impact work that strengthens our clients’ missions. Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead & Innovate: Shape win themes, storyboards and bid strategies with Opportunity Pursuit Leads.
- Develop & Deliver: Produce high-quality written responses for complex Public Safety bids.
- Collaborate & Translate: Work with SMEs to convert detailed information into client-focused narratives.
- Coordinate & Manage: Oversee contributions, timelines, reviews and quality assurance.
- Optimise & Comply: Ensure responses maximise evaluation scoring and meet all procurement requirements.
- Enhance & Evolve: Maintain and develop Public Safety bid content libraries and sales collateral.
To succeed in this position, you should bring strong bid writing experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. You’ll need a solid understanding of Public Sector procurement frameworks and a track record of producing winning, compliant proposals.
Essential qualifications:
