The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 € per year.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & embed the Enterprise Security Management Framework across the Business Unit.
  • Advise & influence senior leaders and clients on strategic security matters.
  • Review & assure proposals, contracts, and security controls.
  • Engage & represent the Business Unit in client audits, reviews, and meetings.
  • Manage & mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and baseline exceptions.
  • Enable & educate through security awareness and training initiatives.
  • Support & sustain security certifications including ISO 27001.
  • Optimize & analyse security reporting through data analytics and visualisation tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in information security and IT operations.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, including Power BI reporting and visualisation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and data modelling.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale security operations and vulnerability management.
  • Experience implementing enterprise-wide security frameworks.
  • Strong capability in presenting security matters to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience in client engagement and strategic collaboration.
  • Proactive approach to risk management, monitoring, and incident handling.
  • Government Physical Security knowledge.

Desirable Qualifications

  • CISSP certification.
  • CISM certification.
