In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, shaping architectures that meet both technical demands and business goals. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into innovative designs, and ensure successful delivery from scoping through to implementation. You’ll take ownership of solution architecture, provide guidance on modern technologies, and bring together cloud, CRM, and business expertise to deliver lasting value.
Responsibilities
- Shape Dynamics 365 CRM solution designs to align with client strategies.
- Create architecture documentation and guide technical delivery.
- Leverage Azure and Power Platform to enhance business outcomes.
- Engage in pre‑sales activities, presenting technical solutions and value.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, sharing knowledge and learning new technologies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience implementing large Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and business solutions deployment.
- Proven ability to assess feasibility of integrations and migrations from non‑Microsoft platforms.
- Demonstrable Dynamics 365 SaaS administration and on‑premise installation experience.
- Proficiency in Azure and Power Platform solutions.
- Advanced business knowledge in CRM, Marketing, or Field Services domains.
- Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- UK Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain it; hybrid work environment.
