CGI Group Inc. is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to provide hands-on, face-to-face technical assistance from a dedicated Tech Bar and at the client site in Manchester.
You will diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, peripheral, and workplace technology issues, owning incidents through to resolution.
You will work closely with the Service Desk and specialist teams to maintain a secure, compliant, high-performing end-user environment while delivering professional customer service.
