Responsibilities
- Lead and grow CGI's Life Sciences market strategy across the UK and Ireland.
- Build and strengthen executive relationships with pharmaceutical, MedTech, NHS, regulatory, government and academic stakeholders.
- Represent and influence CGI within industry forums, innovation clusters and strategic partnerships.
- Shape and position propositions spanning AI, data, clinical research, regulatory transformation and MedTech innovation.
- Develop and own a strategic opportunity pipeline aligned to CGI's long‑term growth objectives.
- Create and secure early advisory engagements, pilot programmes and transformational opportunities.
- Collaborate and connect with Health, Government, AI, Data and Global Technology Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Champion and expand CGI's profile as a recognised leader within the UK and Ireland Life Sciences ecosystem.
- Identify and enable new partnership opportunities that accelerate innovation and market growth.
- Contribute and inspire thought leadership aligned with UK Government Life Sciences priorities and sector transformation.
Qualifications
- Extensive senior leadership experience within Life Sciences, including pharmaceuticals, MedTech, biotechnology or closely related healthcare sectors.
- Strong CXO‑level network across the UK and Ireland Life Sciences ecosystem.
- Proven experience building strategic partnerships across industry, NHS organisations, regulators and government bodies.
- Demonstrable success developing new markets, strategic opportunities or business growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of UK Life Sciences policy, innovation ecosystems and adoption pathways.
- Experience with digital transformation, AI, data or technology‑enabled change within regulated environments.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organisation, bringing together diverse expertise to achieve shared outcomes.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to shape long‑term strategic opportunities.
