You will lead the development of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, turning business requirements into secure, scalable, and user‑focused AI solutions. Working across Power Platform and Microsoft technologies, you will design conversational experiences, automate workflows, and integrate enterprise systems to deliver tangible outcomes for clients. You will also help shape technical standards, support colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across AI and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure Copilot Studio agents
  • Design topics, actions, conversation flows, and agent instructions
  • Build agentic workflows using generative orchestration
  • Integrate with Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, SharePoint, and APIs
  • Develop Azure Functions, APIs, middleware, and custom connectors
  • Optimise prompts, responses, and user experiences
  • Support testing, deployment, and production releases
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI standards
  • Provide technical guidance and best‑practice leadership
Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio experience
  • Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Automate and Dataverse
