In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering data-driven change insight across transformation programmes and portfolios. Working alongside CGI change leaders, programme teams, clients and data specialists, you'll have the scope to experiment with creative ways of presenting information and move organisations beyond qualitative assessments towards more diagnostic and predictive insight. You'll be supported in developing your change expertise while helping clients strengthen their own analytics capability and contributing ideas, tools and methodologies to CGI's wider Enterprise & People Change practice.

  • Analyse & Advise - Turn change, adoption and readiness data into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and programme priorities.
  • Design & Integrate - Build and maintain integrated change datasets using HR, learning, communications, adoption and operational information.
  • Visualise & Communicate - Develop engaging dashboards and visualisations that make complex change performance easy to understand.
  • Measure & Track - Define change metrics, performance indicators and value-tracking frameworks covering adoption, capability and benefits.
  • Identify & Predict - Apply analytical techniques to uncover emerging trends, risks and opportunities across transformation programmes.
  • Inform & Influence - Provide evidence to support decisions including rollout prioritisation, go/no-go assessments and targeted change interventions.
  • Collaborate & Embed - Work with change consultants, programme teams and data specialists to integrate analytics throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Enable & Develop - Help clients strengthen their ability to interpret change data and make proactive, evidence-based decisions.
  • Create & Improve - Contribute new ideas, tools and best practices to CGI's Enterprise & People Change capability.

You'll bring experience of data analysis combined with an interest in how people and organisations successfully adopt change. You should be confident working with complex datasets and translating your findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. This opportunity could suit either an analyst looking to develop a career in business change or a change practitioner seeking to specialise in change insights and analytics.

Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within change, transformation, HR, learning or a related business environment. Strong capability in data modelling, analysis and visualisation, using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau or Qlik. Experience integrating multiple data sources to produce meaningful insights. Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences. Understanding of change management principles, including adoption and benefits realisation. Ability to connect change insights with programme objectives, risks and stakeholder decision requirements. Experience working on change and transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills. Experience working within multi-stakeholder and agile delivery environments. Ability to combine analytical thinking with an understanding of people, behaviours and the adoption of new ways of working. A recognised change management qualification such as Prosci, APMG or PCI would be advantageous.
