Viridien is seeking a Data Management Team Leader to join the HPC team on-site at the UK HPC Hub. You will lead day-to-day operations of the Data Management team, ensuring timely and accurate client data delivery, input/output tasks, and effective coordination of priorities and resources.
You will develop and maintain a high-performing team through coaching, performance reviews, IDPs and succession planning, while ensuring robust quality control of outputs before delivery.
