Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across UK/EMEA, with a strong focus on technical and specialist roles across multiple business units and countries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent databases and other relevant channels, building pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Provide hiring managers with talent market insights, including candidate availability, skills trends and market conditions.
  • Deliver a consistent, efficient hiring process and a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Build strong partnerships with the business, HR CoEs and HRBPs.
  • Support employer branding, university recruitment, STEM/early-career and ID&E initiatives across the region.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team on wider recruitment initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a relevant related field.
  • At least 4 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 - 3 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience within an in-house and/or agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting across technology, engineering, software, infrastructure, data, digital or other specialist technical disciplines.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and hard-to-fill searches, including direct sourcing of passive talent.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM and sourcing/talent intelligence tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across different countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
