CG Fry & Son has a history of building high quality homes throughout Southern England since 1930 - properties with immense character, built not just for today, but for future generations to enjoy. Nottington Park in Weymouth is an exciting new development, which will feature approximately 340 homes - including 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
We are seeking a professional, passionate, and flexible team player who has a sound understanding of the house purchasing process. As well as being an accomplished communicator, you will demonstrate a genuine "can do" approach, delivering excellent customer service. While new homes sales experience is preferred, an ability to thrive in a similar customer-facing environment is essential. You will enjoy juggling a busy and varied workload and feel comfortable working on your own initiative.
This is a part-time role, for 2 days a week, with the expectation of extra days for holiday and sickness cover, which may include working weekends and bank holidays. Our sales office opening hours are 10am-5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-4pm on weekends and bank holidays.
Applicants must live within a commutable distance of the development in Weymouth.
