Wire Collective is an award‑winning team of artists and architects with studios in London, Valencia and Marche. We craft high‑impact architectural imagery and immersive visual experiences, always aiming to create evocative narratives through our work.

We are expanding our real‑time team and are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine Artist to join us. This can be a full‑time position or a long‑term freelance collaboration. Remote work may be possible for exceptional candidates outside the UK, although on‑site presence in London is preferred.

Location: London, GB. Employment type: Full‑time. Remote work allowed. Possible relocation assistance. Eligible candidates must be permitted to work in the UK. VISA support is not offered.

Qualifications:

  • Datasmith exporting and importing workflow
  • Physically based lighting knowledge
  • PBR materials, shaders, textures
  • PathTracing and/or Lumen techniques
  • Baked lighting techniques using CPU & GPU
  • Lightmaps and UV channel optimizations
  • Sequencer and Movie Render Queue to export high‑end visuals
  • Optimization methods: LOD, HLODs, and Cull Distance Volumes
  • Medium or high level scripting
  • Previous experience in CGI, animation, and matte painting is a plus
