Qualifications Required skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent level of independence and ability to schedule assignments.
- Excellent understanding of CGI project stages.
- Expertise in 3DS Max and V‑Ray, with deep knowledge of settings and efficient navigation.
- Advanced knowledge of plugins such as Forest Pack and RailClone.
- Excellent modeling, texturing and mapping skills.
- Excellent understanding of lighting and composition rules.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and similar tools.
- Ability to work with architectural packages (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit) to export 3D data into visualization workflows.
- At least 3 years of industry experience producing photorealistic visualizations for diverse projects.
- Deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to daily skill development.
- Preferred education in architecture, interior design, and/or photography.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for composition and lighting.
