CGC is a global brand building communications agency, spanning brand communications, influencer marketing and talent representation. CGC represents the leading power brands within the beauty industry, with a partnership in the Middle East with BFore communications.
CGC London is looking for a dynamic Account Manager, working closely with our senior team. The role will need to cultivate key organisational skills, media and influencer relationships, and ultimately work to drive sales and maximise business performance for clients and the CGC team.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day lead across an allocated client portfolio, delivering strong client relationships, strategic counsel, and integrated communications campaigns across digital, social, and print.
- Ownership of PR calendars, launch activity, and always-on strategies, securing high-quality print, digital, and social coverage through strong media and influencer relationships.
- Management of organic influencer programmes across nano to KOL, MUA, and celebrity tiers, in collaboration with the Senior Influencer Manager.
- Leadership of client meetings, creative brainstorming, and delivery of clear status updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Ideation and execution of creative mailings, collaborations, partnerships, and UK press launch events, including logistics and budget management.
- Development and maintenance of inclusive, diverse press, influencer, MUA, KOL, and celebrity databases, identifying new talent and opportunities.
- KPI ownership including media analysis, coverage reporting, YoY performance tracking, and insight-led recommendations using MMI and Tribe.
- Support of the Director in mentoring junior team members, building retailer and VIP relationships, and upholding agency reputation.
We offer a hybrid working model with 4 days a week in our King’s Road Office. Equipment such as a laptop and phone will be provided. We also offer a comprehensive health insurance policy, a supportive employee pension scheme, 25 days holiday allowance plus an extra day for your birthday, and early finishes on Fridays during the summer.
