Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist located in the Stockport Area, United Kingdom. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, resolving desk support requests, and maintaining desktop computers.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Desktop Computers skills
- Help Desk Support and Customer Support skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in IT support or help desk roles are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
