What to Expect
We are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Associate Solicitor to join our established and growing Employment Team based at one of our office locations across Liverpool, Manchester or Lancashire. The team currently comprises four partners and a number of Senior Associates, Associates, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals.
You will work on a broad range of employment matters, including Tribunal litigation, TUPE projects, corporate support work, and day-to-day advisory matters. You will manage your own caseload and play an active role in developing client relationships and supporting business development activity.
The Ideal Candidate
- Up to 4 years’ PQE with an employment law specialism
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial employment law
- Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage a varied workload
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset
