We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to support the sales team in delivering vehicle sales targets and excellent customer service. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, with additional responsibility to lead by example, support junior sales staff, and contribute to overall sales performance.

Location: B1 1RS

Hours: 40 hours on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday

Salary: Up to £55,000 OTE (Basic + Commissions)

Benefits: Company Car, 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and/or used vehicles in line with agreed sales targets
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover
  • Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Support and mentor Sales Advisors through coaching and on-the-job guidance
  • Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activity and lead follow-up
  • Maximise incremental sales including finance, service plans, and add-on products
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
  • Ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Vehicle Sales Advisor role
  • Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach
  • Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years' driving experience preferred)
  • Additional language skills are a plus
