CFTE is one of the world’s leading education platforms in finance, technology and artificial intelligence. We work with tier‑one banks, central banks, regulators, technology companies and governments around the world to help individuals, organisations and countries build the capabilities they need for the future. Our mission is simple: in a tech world, we bet on people.
Previous summer interns at CFTE have gone on to do incredibly well. They are now working at organisations such as Goldman Sachs, Jane Street, McKinsey, Amazon and many other world‑class institutions. Some have also continued their journey with us at CFTE. We are now looking for our next group of summer interns in London, Abu Dhabi and Singapore.
About the internship
This is not an internship for someone who only wants “work experience”. We are looking for people who want to become Supercharged Interns: ambitious, curious, hard‑working individuals who can learn fast, think at a higher level and use AI to create better work, stronger thinking and greater impact. At CFTE, you will work on real projects that matter. You will contribute to programmes and initiatives with leading financial institutions, central banks, regulators, technology companies and innovative governments around the world. You will see how ideas become products, how organisations are transformed at scale, and how people become Supercharged Professionals. Most importantly, you will work on one of the most important questions of our time: How do we help people, organisations and countries become future‑proof?
What you will work on
- Research on AI, finance, technology, future skills and workforce transformation
- Programme design for financial institutions, regulators, governments and technology organisations
- Content development for courses, workshops, reports and thought leadership
- Market and strategic analysis to support new initiatives
- Product development for CFTE’s learning platforms and capability‑building solutions
- AI‑enabled workflows to improve how we research, build, communicate and deliver
- Community, marketing and growth initiatives linked to CFTE’s global programmes
You will not just observe the work. You will be expected to contribute meaningfully.
What we are looking for
We are looking for students or early‑career professionals who are:
- Extremely hard working and willing to go beyond the minimum
- Fast learners who can absorb new topics quickly
- Strong thinkers who can structure problems clearly
- Curious about AI, finance, technology, education and the future of work
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve the quality, speed and depth of their work
- Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership
- Motivated by CFTE’s mission to help people become future‑proof in a technology‑driven world
You do not need to be an expert in finance, AI or education. But you do need to be hungry to learn and serious about producing excellent work.
What makes this internship different
At CFTE, you will be exposed to work that connects education, technology, finance and global transformation. You will learn how leading organisations think about AI, skills and capability‑building. You will see how senior leaders, governments and institutions approach the future of work. You will also learn how a fast‑moving entrepreneurial organisation turns ideas into real products, programmes and impact. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly and build the foundations for a high‑impact career.
Fast‑track opportunity
Every year, CFTE receives more than 2,000 applications for internships. This year, candidates who complete the AIQ ChatGPT assessment and reach Level 5 – Strategic Mastery will be fast‑tracked to interview. Reaching this level will be a strong signal that you have the potential to become a Supercharged Intern.
How to apply
If you are ambitious, curious, hard‑working and ready to learn fast, we would love to hear from you.
