We are currently recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to provide 1:1 support for a friendly young woman in her early 30s who lives in Clacton. This lady has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and is a non-verbal wheelchair user, and requires consistent, patient, and compassionate support to live a happy and fulfilling life. She particularly enjoys spending time outdoors, being pushed in her wheelchair, and getting fresh air – so enjoying the outdoors is an important part of this role. This position offers the opportunity to build a meaningful and consistent support relationship, helping her maintain comfort, wellbeing, and independence.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, your role will focus on helping this young lady live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. You will provide both physical and emotional support, ensuring her care plan is followed carefully to maintain her comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
