The Partnership Associate role supports our network of distribution partners within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with service facilitators, resellers, data vendors, platform providers, and other strategic partners to ensure seamless content distribution, compliance, and collaborative growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate system setup and user access management for existing partners.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client access via each partner; communicate updates regarding access rights, additions, or removals.
- Collaborate with the entitlements team to facilitate timely approval of access requests and address any issues promptly.
- Liaise with sales and account management teams to communicate product changes, migrations, and format updates (e.g., EPS estimates, technical research, reports).
- Coordinate with internal teams to establish product delivery mechanisms and explore additional collaboration opportunities, such as integration with Snowflake.
- Support existing vendor relationships through query resolution, renewal negotiations, and identification of upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist with contractual renewals and compliance monitoring. Maintain detailed records of client information and interactions.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Maintain secure access credentials and host product demos to verify contractual compliance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in partner management, business development, or equivalent within the financial services or content distribution industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency in content delivery platforms, APIs, and data integration is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
