As Sector Head, you will manage a team of analysts globally, oversee the production of high-quality research, and serve as a key thought leader for clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of equity research analysts focused on the Healthcare sector.

  • Research Oversight

    • Monitor all reporting for the Healthcare sector to ensure research is delivered by internal and external deadlines.
    • Guide the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment theses.
    • Review industry reports, company notes, and thematic pieces and ensure quality and timeliness of delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Client Engagement
    • Serve as the go-to source of intel on a sector, speaking both top-down opinions as well as key catalysts likely to generate the expected outcome in a timely fashion.
    • Provide timely and actionable insights to clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with company management teams and industry stakeholders.
  • Strategic Contribution

  • Experience mentoring or developing junior analysts.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership experience managing analyst teams is ideal.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA designation preferred.
