Are you looking for qualified leads? Our Client works with Solicitor Connections and produces leads for Planners. Wealth Planners will get paraplanning and admin support and they will get more leads than they know what to do with, these are coming from the solicitor practices who are working with wills predominantly.
All the leads and meetings are pre-qualified for Planner. The Wealth Planners do presentations and then some face-to-face meetings, but a lot of it will be done on video. The Wealth Planners get 10 leads a week which are being pre-qualified. Conversion rate on these is 3 out of 10 - but this could be higher. Paraplanning and admin is done for the Wealth Planners.
Wealth Planner Employed Package
- Experienced Wealth Planner with 5 years+ experience basic of £60-70,000 + bonus and should have CAS.
- Junior Wealth Planner with about 2 years’ experience basic of £30-40,000+ bonus.
There is no validation. The bonus earnings are based on what is banked. We have vacancies attached to Solicitor Offices in: Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford, Bristol, Cardiff, Brighton and Derby.
