About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated financial adviser to take on an established client portfolio within our client’s Private Clients division. Following a supported transition period, the successful candidate will manage an existing adviser agency where 70% of targets are already contracted, providing a strong platform to build long-term client relationships and achieve continued success.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a financial adviser and Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- A current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
- The ability to work from home or from your own office
- Strong self-management, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- A client-focused approach and the ability to support and grow an ongoing business model
- A positive attitude towards compliance, structure, and professional standards
- A genuine appreciation for quality, professionalism, and delivering added value to clients
- A forward-thinking mindset and openness to change
- High personal standards, ambition, and a drive to achieve goals
