We have multiple opportunities for Independent Financial Advisers across the above regions. Following a series of retirements our client is now able to be provide new recruits with an established client bank, to enable you to continue your career, with a strong start. Working closely with our Competency and Development team, and alongside our established Advisers you will get all the tools, paraplanning and support that you need to succeed in your role.
What is on offer:
• Starting Salary at £40,000 with realistic long-term potential OTE £100K

The skills and qualifications we look for:
· Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (only candidates with Level4 will be considered)
· Previous experience as a Financial Adviser
· Strong networking, presentation, and business development skills
· Self-motivated, engaging, compassionate - a client-focused mindset
· Passionate, with a drive to succeed, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients
