Alongside our established energy and environmental markets business, we are expanding our commodities offering across agricultural and soft markets, delivering sophisticated risk management solutions to a growing client base.

We are extending our structured solutions capability growing further commodities (carbon, power, gas, biofuels, oil, Cotton, Grains & Oilseeds, Sugar, Coffee, Cocoa) and are hiring a senior salesperson to lead origination and client coverage across the complex.

This is a senior hire with direct P&L accountability, embedded within our structured derivatives franchise.

You will own a client book, originate structured trades end-to-end, and work alongside an experienced trading and sales team.

The platform is lean, commercial, and built around partner-level decision-making.

  • Negotiate trade economics, ISDA terms, margining and post-trade lifecycle events
  • Build out the franchise: contribute to product development, mentor juniors, and shape the desk as it scales
  • Represent CFP at industry events, conferences and key client meetings globally
  • 5+ years in commodity derivatives sales, structuring or origination at a bank, broker, trading house or merchant with a portable, attributable client book
  • Demonstrable revenue track record from structured derivatives origination with references and numbers
  • Deep fluency across one of the commodity in scope (environmental, energy, agricultural markets) with the ability to extend across the complex
  • Working knowledge of ISDA documentation, margining, clearing and physical/financial settlement mechanics
  • Established network across producers, merchants, trade houses and corporate end-users
  • Commercial instinct: return on credit lines, clear on risk, decisive in execution
