As a Team Leader within the Settlements team, you will be responsible for ensuring the team complete workload in a timely manner and are supported in their ongoing development. Your role will involve varied tasks including ensuring allocating and overseeing workload, developing internal processes, and working closely with your team to ensure their own targets are achieved and their development is continued.

Responsibilities
- Organising workloads and supporting team in ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner;
- Identify skills gaps and deliver training;
- Continuously developing processes to ensure team is working efficiently;
- Develop strong relationships with our partners and agents to ensure timely and accurate metering and consumption data;
- Monitoring SLAs;
- Working with other departments on strategic projects;
- Supporting team members; conducting 1:1s, monitoring workload, providing training and acting as escalation point;
- Act as an initiator and champion of best practice and continuous improvement within your team.
- Testing and development of processes in line with industry and system changes;
About You

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working within an Operations focused position in the energy industry;
- Strong expertise of at least one of the following areas; electricity metering, industry data flows, or electricity settlements;
- Excellent communicator and can build relationships and influence external parties and internal departments;
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience of mentoring team members.
