Brook Green Supply is an independent UK Gas & Power supplier serving the Industrial & Commercial (I&C) market. We partner closely with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) to deliver competitive, transparent and innovative energy solutions to UK businesses. We work with some of the UK’s largest and most strategic energy users, supporting customers that require a more sophisticated, consultative approach to energy procurement and risk management, delivered in close collaboration with their appointed TPIs.
The Role
This is a strategic TPI-facing sales account management role focused on flexible energy procurement. You’ll manage and grow relationships with TPIs operating within the I&C energy space, supporting more complex, longer-term procurement processes that require a consultative and structured approach. Reporting into the Head of TPI Sales, you’ll take ownership of flexible tenders and opportunities from initial engagement through to execution, proactively working with TPIs, customers and internal stakeholders to deliver robust, well-managed outcomes. This role suits someone comfortable with longer sales cycles, detailed account planning and maintaining full control of a varied and strategic pipeline. Industry experience is highly beneficial, but strong commercial thinkers from outside the sector with a proven track record of managing complex sales processes are equally encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop and strengthen strategic relationships with TPIs through proactive engagement
- Take a commercial approach to prospects by identifying opportunities to drive growth across Brook Green and TPI relationships
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to TPIs and customers throughout the procurement lifecycle, structuring and tailoring solutions to meet TPI and client needs
- Demonstrate clear ownership and control of your pipeline, managing multiple opportunities at varying stages
- Manage flexible energy tenders from initial enquiry through to execution
- Support TPIs and customers with procurement strategy, market insight and product structuring
- Work closely with Trading and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate flexible purchasing solutions
- Understand and manage commercial risk, ensuring opportunities are progressed and executed effectively
- Identify and develop opportunities within existing TPI relationships to grow volume and value
- Contribute ideas, plans and initiatives to strengthen Brook Green Supply’s position within the TPI flex market
- Represent Brook Green Supply with credibility and professionalism to high-quality, strategic customers
