Join our Product Development team at Cyber Energia and build automated test frameworks to ensure the resilience of our cybersecurity applications for renewable energy. We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer who is skilled in Playwright and can integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to scale quality across releases.
What you’ll do:
- Design and maintain automated regression and integration test suites with Playwright.
- Automate critical workflows such as authentication, report generation, ticket workflows, and topology rendering.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Monitor and report on test coverage, stability, and performance across environments.
- Collaborate with manual QA to reduce regression workload.
- Contribute to sprint planning with defect metrics and automated validation of business rules.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in QA automation.
- Expertise with Playwright or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Clarity).
- Exposure to backend/frontend stacks (Laravel, Next.js).
- Prior work in cybersecurity or energy technology domains.
