Why this role matters
You will be responsible for the management of a variety of back‑off processes that underpin a positive and professional customer experience, including overseeing the accuracy of customer and account setup in systems, ensuring inbound data is processed in a timely fashion and ensuring changes in occupancy at properties supplied by Brook Green are processed promptly and accurately.
What you’ll do
- Identify and correct errors in customer data held in CRM systems.
- Process changes in customer details following changes in occupancy at properties supplied by Brook Green.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate a smooth and successful onboarding customer experience, including ensuring meter agent data is accurate.
- Validate customer account setup in CRM systems and amend as necessary to comply with system and company policy requirements.
- Review and authenticate letter of authority, VAT, and climate change levy certificates and administer on the system.
- Implement changes to deemed and default agreements.
- Engage customers to minimise the amount of time a customer spends on deemed & default contracts.
- Create & send ad-hoc invoices and renewable energy certificates.
- Respond to access requests for the customer portal.
- Support the business with ad‑hoc tasks where required.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator, both on the telephone and over email.
- A fast learner and enthusiastic about learning new subjects and acquiring new skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment and able to quickly respond to changing business needs and demands.
- Able to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
