About the Role
Brook Green Supply is a growing energy business based in London, building out its own fully independent Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure. The IT function is a lean, high‑impact team responsible for the full technology environment — from end‑user support through to cloud identity, device management, and security.
As IT Support Analyst (Level 1), you will be the first point of contact for all internal technology requests, providing responsive and professional support across hardware, software, connectivity, and user account management. You will work closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure, gaining hands‑on exposure to Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and the broader M365 platform.
