Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
- Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
- Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process (CV Screening).
- Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse: Renew and update job postings via the platform.
- Update the job description to attract more candidates.
- Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO.

- Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
- Have a UK work permit.
- Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you.
- Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments.
- Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.
- No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.
Start date
Flexible. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
