Youll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never ending growth curve, we provide you with:<ul><li>An opportunity for getting operational experience in a scale-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matters to the business</li><li>A chance to work closely together with the CPO on the strategy for our conferences</li><li>Unlimited growth potential in our company – we strongly believe in and have a track record of promoting internally</li></ul><strong><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></strong><br><br>Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:<ul><li>Plan, structure and coordinate all conferences on a strategic level; decide on dates, choose venues and negotiate best price</li><li>Create the greatest conference experiences by innovating on creative new opportunities and ideas</li><li>Negotiate with vendors (catering, accommodation, transportation, facilities)</li><li>Plan conferences on an operational level e.g. floor planning, invitations, signage, special needs requirements, printing etc.</li><li>Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfaction</li></ul><strong><strong>What we expect from you</strong></strong><br><br>You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
